The old cylinder was in a stupidly inconvenient spot up on the second level and the plumbers from WHB were more than happy to completely move the cylinder down in the basement where we wouldn't have to even see the thing! Now we can use the old space for a broom closet :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woah. Never have I ever had a experience like with Water heater brokers. All previous plumbers i've had have been unreliable, sloppy and slow. Water heater brokers were the exact opposite ! Appreciate the workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hot water cylinder failed so i went in search of a replacement. Since I had low pressure, upgrading to mains pressure seemed like a good idea but I wasn't sure what was best. So i called water heater brokers and asked them for advice. Right from the beginning they were very friendly and willing to help, asked what my needs were and recommended a cylinder. From there, they got the install booked in, sent a plumber out the next day and within 24 hours I had hot water again! I cannot rate them highly enough. Anyone who needs a hot water cylinder should definitely call these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water Heater Brokers quickly sorted out my dilemma of an outdated hot water system in my newly purchased home by recommending a gas water heating system that would work best for my requirements. I waited a couple of months before writing this review to have time to properly test the system, and now I am happy to give them 5 stars.
The representative that I spoke with knew what he was talking about, listened to my needs and put effort into selecting a system that would suit my needs and went about organising installation. The installers were very polite, got to work and got the job done quickly. I was very impressed by their customer service.
