So friendly, nothing was too much trouble, very prompt in their correspondence (including quotes and invoices), plus they dispatched and shipped my products to site so quickly I couldn't believe it. In Residence will always be my first point of call when specifying any bathroom products or hardware for clients. A pleasure to deal with and we absolutely love all our Perrin & Rowe tapware. We spoke with Helvier over the phone, and then went in store to look at the products. Both over the phone and in person, Helvier is an absolute professional; both friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly understands interior design principles so was able to provide advice for our situation based on the layout and other fixtures chosen for our kitchen renovation.
The products are high quality and beautifully displayed to ensure you can see how things will look in your own space.
The sales process was easy, postage was super speedy, and email communication brilliant.
Why would we both to go anywhere else now? We know where to get everything we need for the rest of our renovation.
Highly recommended.

James has been absolutely brilliant to deal with including providing super fast and friendly response. This is one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I highly recommend In Residence for beautifully crafted high quality taps and excellent after care service.
