β β β β β My advice would to not be afraid to question your invoice should you be concerned. You may have some luck in discussing any areas of concern with the owner Richard. Richard will offer to look into the invoice for you. It may be the only way you get to discuss your concerns without feeling like you are being dismissed.

β β β β β I've had no need for a plumber for years. Recently I've needed two major issues sorting - and fast. Following a call, Watar-Mart were at my place in a jiffy, Each issue was fixed up quickly by a very friendly plumber. I'd be happy to use them again; no worries.

β β β β β A Watermart plumber connected three IBC water tanks for me. He had not done this task before and apologised several times for the time it was taking while he figured out how to do it. The hours the plumber recorded did not match the hours I noted, and the final bill was for 18.75 hours, just under $3,000. Richard was not prepared to reduce the bill even a little and said the discrepancy in hours was due to travelling time and time going to the depot etc. Always get a fixed price quote from several plumbers, even (especially) if you think it will be a small, straightforward job.

β β β β β I had 2 blocked sinks in the house the plumber arrives has a look uses a plunger on them both doesnt even look at the pipes underneath them plunges them both then leaves.sinks still blocked $115 bill sent. I emailed a query to this had a reply then no follow up. Wont be using again.totally waste of time .

β β β β β We had blocked downpipes and within 3 hours of our initial call, Watermart had a team member around to assess work, and complete it. Really impressed and grateful for the prompt and professional service.

β β β β β Expensive shoddy work and a failure to take responsibility for their decisions. We had a leak in a gutter - sent through photos so piece of guttering could be replaced. Their staff decided to attempt a repair with gutter cement rather than replace the gutter (no consultation with us) Charged $387 for this. It didnβt work. This winter is nearly over and we are still asking to get it fixed properly or a refund. What annoys me most is they havenβt owned their unilateral decision to attempt a repair, keep suggesting it was what we wanted, and now want to charge us for the replacement. My next stop will be a complaint to their industry body or the building sector regulator. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else!
