β β β β β We had amazing service from Water Projects when they installed our dripper line sewage system. The help and information provided beforehand was very beneficial. The job was completed when planned, and the back up service they provide is awesome.
This company also did work for a sports club that I am involved with and again I cannot fault their workmanship or service.
I strongly recommend this company.

β β β β β We've had a really bad experience with water projects in Waiuku. They quoted us for a job but the site workers didn't do what was originally discussed. They sent us an invoice for a higher amount than the quoted amount and not even discussed why that happend. The admin and customer service ladies are really rude and inconsiderate. They just want to pass the buck to others and make us do their job by following up with the installers and technicians to get the work reports and updated plans. They don't want to explain how the fault happens and why the parts needs replacing despite follow ups. Never check with us if we want to go ahead with the job in the first place. They'll just do the work and then send you big invoices and call up about payments without wanting to send a report about what was done.. Really terrible experience. Changing providers.
