★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use Waterford Press. This company took our money for advertising in Business North. Waste of time and money.
We were sent a draft with an ad that had a company of the same name - but has a different logo, different contact details, different location.
We informed them of the mistake by email -which incidently has our correct Logo, correct phone number etc in our signature.
They still printed the wrong ad.
After an initial "we are very sorry for the mistake, someone in another department will contact you" 3 weeks later there is no solution, no refund and no further contact......
