She has excellent communication with landlords, everything felt seamless and tenants were placed within a week after our listing went up. Would recommend other landlords to go with Iron Bridge as they take care of everything nicely for you.

She is a good communicator, quick to resolve any problems, maintains a high standard, and is genuine and fair. We were lucky to have had such a great property manager for 4 years and without a doubt would seek her services if one day we have rental properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have enjoyed a great working relationship with Ironbridge, particularly Wendy Harrison, who has been the PM of our property for the last four years. Everything always dealt with extremely efficiently and allowed trouble free tenanting for four years. The only reason we are finishing is that we are no longer renting out the property. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After selling our home we looked at a rental before building. We found a rental with Iron Bridge and dealt with Brooke. Absolutely amazing service!! Unfortunately after 12 months the rental was sold but Brooke found us an amazing property and totally removed any stress of finding another house in a crazy market. Brooke is extremely supportive and great to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of renting a lovely place under the management of Wendy Harrison of the CHC Iron Bridge Property Management.
It was my first time under Property Management and I always had excellent service when I needed something repaired, or a query/ request about the property. Communication was always quick and efficient.
Sadly there were no properties available when it came time to move, but have no hesitation about looking to rent with them again if ever possible.

We appreciate her and the team from Iron Bridge, and are super happy that we are able to stay with them as our property managers! I would highly recommend both Brooke and the team from Iron Bridge! We are both excited and looking forward to our new place and are extremely happy that it's still within Iron Bridge!
