Staff were rude, especially at the recption desk. I paid for a term of swim lessons for my son and was only able to attend one due to unexpected medical issues - I was not shown any understanding but was treated like a huge inconvinience to everyone. No refund was given. I was unimpressed by the facilities but was drawn in by a convinient location and an on sale price for lessons. I regret this now and wished I'd listened to the poor feedback I'd heard from other parents

Our daughter started swimming lessons at Waterhole Swim School shortly after her 5th birthday. Prior to her first lesson she was afraid of taking a shower. She is now 7 years old and is commencing her 5th term of lessons. She is now in a group developing her strength & technique by swimming laps of the pool. Her progress throughout this time has been swift and remarkable. Each term she has developed greater confidence and ability. We believe this is simply down to the no-nonsense teaching methods and focus on development of sound swimming skills taught at the Waterhole. We have had excellent value for money and recommend their service. Thanks to the staff and management at the Waterhole.

Classes way to bigger 7 to 8 kid's in a class this breaks down to 4 minutes of time how much can a child learn in 4 minutes they are also not cheap which I don't mind paying for quality education and service. We went a little while ago and the staff spent half of the lesson setting up the pool while doing the lesson not cool. They don't care as we confronted them about this oh well that's life. Don't get the first lesson of the day

Very happy with this no nonsense swim school. No wasting time. Kids learn to love the water and my one was doing a 16 length warm up at the age of 5he is now 8 and has recently just said, out of the blue how he loves his new lady teacher ( Sarah )

This place is the best for swimming lessons !!! I could not recommend it highly enough. Having paid for and gone to both Henderson and mt Albert for swimming lessons and failed miserably as they were either just mucking around on swimmmg games and or my under 10 yr old boy just wasn't interested because the teacher didnt want to be there either. we had decided to give Waterhole parrs park a shot.. the style in which the instructors teach the children is no nonsense step by step and methodical there is no mucking around they are extremely professional wonderful with the kids and have tiny groups 2 or 3 or 4 kids aimed at every level possible . He learnt how to swim from knowing nothing within a mere few lessons...don't be late don't miss a booking they will not do make up sessions if you don't show without calling well in advance and re scheduling Heaps and heaps of parks right at the door and straight into the pool .. parents have plenty of seating to watch and the instructors are consistent they all teach in an identical way but unless you change your booking you will have the same Instructor right through and they are all wonderful. Go to Waterhole for swimming lessons any age any level they are the best by far. Thanks guys .

I joined in February 2020 and paid $520 for term 1 for 2 kids (3rd child was free ) very expensive none the less for a single parent. My kids had only done 5 or 6 Lessons and then complete lockdown took place - we missed out on a handful of lessons for each child for that term due to lockdown . I then got a call once lockdown was over and was told to come back and continue the lessons. Upon returning when I went to reception they gave me an invoice for $380 and I was told I had to pay that on the spot for term 2 even though there was only 2 weeks left of term 2. I told them I cannot pay that and then I was told it had to be paid the next time we returned. I was shocked because I didn’t sign up or agree to continue at that centre for another term I was under the assumption that my children’s missed classes would be prioritised first before anything further as I had just paid $520 and that is alot of money to fork out for swimming lessons for a single term. I didn’t return after that because I simply couldn’t afford to pay those fees and then someone called me again to find out why we weren’t attending and I explained to her the situation and she told me to send an email and that they would work something out for me due to my situation, however I didn’t end up sending that email because I was busy and never got around to it I was planning on just going elsewhere. I then get another invoice in the mail for $902.00 - this is when I rang again and was told again to send email explaining my situation.. The manager replied to me she told me I had to pay for term 2 before I could do the make up lessons for term 1 and she told me that I had to pay for that lesson when I returned from lockdown in term 2 which was approx $135.00 for that 1 day. I felt like this was unfair and that I shouldn’t have to pay anything when they owed me lessons for the previous term I also feel when the girl who called me to come back and return to centre to continue the lessons should have made it clear to me that I would be charged for the next term on that day but she didn’t say anything . I was later told if I don’t pay that $135 I would be listed as a bad debtor. I will never be returning to that centre. They need to get a better system so the parents can actually track how many lessons we have paid for etc I have friends who warned me about their fees and the way they invoice and demand payment immediately I should have listened and went elsewhere.

Excellent swim school and I highly recommend this... Having tried at other places, I can say these guys teach right technique, no nonsense swim school. My daughter is 5 and has grown confident in water and likes her Daniel teacher!! Had to take a break this term but will be back the next one!!! Adult classes are well timed and less crowd around, so no embarrassing moments for an adult learner. You get what you pay, high quality is here.
