★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had brita jug before and find this product to be sub standard I now have the Ace Bio + jug and would never go back to the Brita as it cost more much money to run and does not remove as much as the Ace Bio + the Ace Bio filter set lasts for two years and remove more as well they are also antibacterial with amazing ten stages of filtration along with north pole south pole magnets I have been using the Ace Bio+ for 25 years These products lasts a life time. The material that they use is BPA,BPS,BPB free it is the highest quality plastic you can use, it also supplies ionic trace minerals reduces copper, lead ,aluminium, mercury, pesticides, VOCS Trmentles, antibacterial, chlorines fluorides all sorts of heavy metals.
Thank you Waters Co for providing a life time of good quality drinking water.
Also to add to the above over the past 25 years of using the mineral pots as I have upgraded jugs to bigger pots I have kept the empty jugs to use as a normal water jug, I have kept the same jug for 25 years it is still in perfect condition really amazing to think that this jug is still going after 25 years. So I highly recommend 100% to anyone reading these reviews that these jugs are built to last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waters Therapy Shower is the best, I cannot go without it. I suffer from excema and the therapy shower makes my skin feel so soft after, unlike before my skin felt like sandpaper and I was always seriously itchy after.
The pad after changing it shows how much of the bad stuff it takes out, metals, copper, rust, among other nasties that irritate my skin.
I 100 percent would reccomend this to anyone, not only has it helped my excema, its helped my skin in general and also leaves my hair shiny and soft after washing it.
The product is easy and simple to fit, easy to maintain, just change the cartridge and filter as required, your skin pretty much tells you when it needs changing.
Waters Therapy Shower is Gold!! and will continue to buy this product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purchased a water filter jug and their therapy shower which was a pricey $359. Told the company I was very happy with the water filter jug which I am, I’m using it but the therapy shower unfortunately isn’t fit for purpose as I have a fixed shower and it is for the hose showers only. This wasn’t clear when making the purchase online and when I realised upon receiving the product I requested a refund for the therapy shower and was told I’m only able to have a store credit and would need to pay for the shipping return. I don’t need anything else from the store at this time. I believe under the fair trading and consumer guarantees act if the product isn’t fit for purpose a refund should be offered.
In any case, as a business I felt for a new customer a refund should have been offered if the product can’t be used, to keep the customer. I would have referred them and been a long time customer had this not happened. I’m utterly disappointed and haven’t ever experienced such bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently received the water jug and filters - I can't comment on the effectiveness of the filters (I hope they are good!) but the quality of the jug is very poor. Three times more expensive than a Brita jug, and so disappointing to use (awkward to hold, flimsy plastic, cheap looking) that I am considering just switching back to my old Brita jug, despite just spending nearly $200 on a jug and filters. I would not purchase other products from this company, as I expected something far superior to what I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had Therapy showers for over 20 years I have lived in lots of different places. The shower set up can be different from house to house sometimes you have to adapt the set up to suit your shower box I have always been able to set up the shower sometimes with extra parts. Any motel I have stayed at I have always used the Therapy shower. Great product can't stand chlorine in the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was gifted a water jug by the owner Phil, I was a little skeptical at first as too how much difference it makes but after using it for a few weeks I couldn't go back to anything else. When visitors are and drink from it everybody comments on how good it tastes! I would highly recommend it to everyone.
