★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recieved a faulty bookshelf unit. Contacted the businesses the same day of delivery to inform them of the issue. Waited close to a month for a reply after sending numerous emails. Finally got a response that I will receive a partial credit back to my bank account for the faulty bookshelf. Now almost another month has passed since and no payment has been received.
