★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and atmosphere, probably the nicest restaurant in Tokoroa, though also probably the most expensive. Some cheaper dining options would definitely make it more attractive. Quiz nights on Wednesday are fun and well-run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this place by accident. It was great. My wife and I both had the American Burger, which was excellent. Friendly service and a cool, family friendly vibe. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is by far the best place we've been to.
Entrees were the tiger prawns & the mushrooms. It was definitely different but also enjoyable.
Mains were T-bone steak and eye fillet steak. They were cooked to perfection, medium rare. The mushrooms on the t-bone were stolen off my husband's plate as I'd never tasted mushrooms like that before.
Deserts were chocolate brownie and a sundae. Have never experienced such deliciousness.
The owner was very happy to come and talk with us and explain her menu. Big ups to everyone that was on duty tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great sorry. Luke warm coffee, rock hard poached eggs and slow service despite not appearing to be being busy - I love supporting local businesses but I won’t be back.
*I can’t respond to your comment, but I 1000% had poached eggs at your establishment. My whole table ordered breakfast items, as your downstairs staff said we could order those upstairs. Surely you’re aware of that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant in the Middle of Tok, very friendly service and nice meals, very inexpensive as well considering the quality.
The menu isn't massive, but that allows them to focus on the detail and increase the quality, and you can really taste the flavour!
They also do have a specials board and a great dessert menu.
Would definitely reccomend for a night out and am glad I went here with my partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here on a stop off travelling through Tokoroa, ordering some beers, chips, and mains - salmone pizza and Buddha Bowl. The pizza was a bit average but the bowl was tasty and well portioned.
Customer service was great, friendly and made things swift and easy as we’re in a bit of a hurry with a toddler - tantrum imminent ?
Enjoy and good luck x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best food we've had in NZ so far. Nice spot and very friendly staff. Food is on the pricier side but worth it. The steak was beautifully cooked and smaller plates were generous and delicious
