★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently received exceptionally good service from staff at Hastings branch of Isaac's Plumbing and Electrical. The receptionist and clearly general controller of operations, Freddie, was friendly, professional, and related immediately to me her customer. Her efficiency and command of her job was mightily impressive and I believe your company is indeed blessed to have such an efficient person controlling operations. The serviceman, Paul was obliging, helpful and totally professional in all he did. He was able to assist a somewhat technologically challenged older person with kindness and dignity. Your company is fortunate to have such highly capable and empathetic employees. I will not hesitate to use Isaac's again and I thoroughly recommend them as a company at the top of their game.
