★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful customer service. I appreciate the pandemic has made things difficult but not this difficult surely. I rang about a spare part quite a while ago (I have lost track - at least 3 months ago?). No-one got back to me despite me leaving a message a couple of times at reception. Finally got to speak to a person after a couple of weeks (only because I kept ringing), we arranged the part, was told the cost - I paid immediately and sent proof of payment - then, nothing, except automated replies saying they were very busy and would be back with 5 working days. A couple of weeks later I rang again, finally got to speak to someone and was emailed about their despatch of the order. I had two different replies - one which said the order had been sent but had obviously been lost, and the other that said it was sent on the 16th November. I have just received the order, FINALLY on the 9th December! (though I can't blame Weber for slow couriers). I note the date of despatch on the packing note says 24th November (when I spoke to them) NOT 16th November.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I've ever experienced - I wonder if it's even legal to provide this level of 'support'. I was lucky enough to experience it for 2 months plus, as that's how long it took to arrange a simple swap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service for a premium product. I have tried to call for over two weeks now about swapping an accessory I bought with the bbq (after spending over $600). I keep being told by reception that they will call me back in a day or two however I have still heard nothing. The person who answered the phone was also very rude, and indicated it is not their problem that I need to return the item and would not guarantee I can swap it. I really wouldn't count on them honouring their warrantee if something goes wrong with their products as you can't even contact them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service experience. No chance you get proper help or service from this company. And these are not cheap generic devices in question, I paid over $400 for a bbq, can I at least have some decent customer service?
I have purchased my bbq from Mitre 10 and never thought I had to deal with so much pain and deal with Weber NZ directly.
Seeing these numerous negative feedbacks I am now certain that it’s not about me, but about Weber NZ and how they treat they customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Received damaged product and was told a replacement will not be sent until they have received the damaged one. Why do we have to wait, it was not our fault the product was faulty. Have tried calling numerous times, only to be told they will get back to me, have tried emailing which they "have not received". Have lodged a complaint and heard nothing. Do not reccomend.
