Based on the operators advice, yes I am not using the same name as what I dealt with the owner, Norman under. Doing so to not 'compromise' the warranty they provide. My comments still stand.

Everything was explained well (but not patronising), communication was quick and scheduling easy. It is clear that Tiare knows the unique housing of Wellington really well and has lots of experience, which I found reassuring as this was my first time using a borer control service. Very deserving of all the positive reviews.

From first enquiry to completion Norman was super responsive and efficient in communication. Tiare, who carried out the initial inspection for a quote and did the treatment on the day, was awesome, always in a good mood, and very helpful. Highly recommend this company if you need borer treatment, and they give a long warranty.
