★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been following Coopers recovery on Facebook after the traumatic and quite frankly, almost deadly group attack on him. After finding out who the daycare was I scrolled through the photos on the Facebook page and was horrified at the absolute lack of safety equipment that's at the facility. The photos of the staff showed they had no equipment on them, there is no equipment in the background, nothing. No wonder Coopers injuries were so severe if the staff have no way to break up a fight apart from their bear hands. This should never have happened or escalated to the point that it did if the owners had any care for the safety of the dogs and staff in their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 1 year old Schnauzer was at Judgeford over the Easter break first time boarding. My first redflag was on drop off the young girl on reception was lovely. I'd taken my dogs blanket and a few of his favourite toys there and also his food (very strict diet of particular biscuits). The girl who came and took my dog from reception was very gruff and ignored my trying to give her my dogs items...brushed them away saying they have blankets! Who would know didnt see kennels. Our dog was picked up upset and extremely dehydrated...like obviously!! Tongue hanging out and over breathing. He stank to high hell and had severe diarrhea for 4 days. Cost a fortune at the vet who put it down to lack of hygenic enronment and highly stressed. Hugely upset and dissapointed I emailed and got a response that water is available and he seemed just fine while there. Took him weeks to come right more anxious than before. Would never do this again! Any longer there and lawd only knows what may have happened if it wasn't noticed he was unwell.

The dogs enjoyed their stay also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boomer loves going to Judgeford. He is always well taken care of and we never have any concerns. We love the daily photos being posted to see what he's upto as well. The staff are truly amazing and it's always so easy to drop Boomie off each week. Great service. I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 4 month old puppy Freddie goes to daycare here - he’s still learning the ropes of being a crazy pup. The staff have been amazing at making him feel safe and give lots of cuddles when he’s not sure! Highly recommend

We picked up our dog yesterday after nine days at Judgeford kennels. The entrance office was dirty. The staff were nice. However our dog has become thinner and was clearly distressed when we picked her up. She was crying and whimpering for half an hour ( she is usually a very calm happy dog) and has been passing considerable amounts of rectal blood since we picked her up. She wasn’t allowed to have her blanket or her mat that she normally sleeps on. It appears this is the way it is for all the dogs but this was not explained to us. No care notes were given of her stay.
We will not go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is louie, Cooper was my pick as a puppy and I'm devastated to hear that a place that was suppose to be looking after him and caring for his well-being has failed and allowed my puppy to be ripped apart like he was while in the care of this company. The first time dad allowed me to see him, I was upset to see on how much he was muled by 5 dogs. My other dog (zep) was bitten by a dog and that lasted seconds and ended up with 4 stitches but Cooper had 94 stitches. I'm so upset at your company for allowing Cooper to be so hurt and yet I await communication by you so I also understand more why this happened and why it took so long to help my puppy. I wish no one sends their animals to this company ever again because I do not want another animal hurt like Cooper was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, pleasant & caring staff that have taken excellent care of our cats and dogs for long stay, plus day care for the dogs over several years. They understand the needs of our antisocial boy and pamper to his individual care so he's not put under any extra stress, but he still gets to have fun and exercise in a safe environment. Well done team greatly appreciated.
