★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t complain, was really nervous about driving in but found it really straightforward and easy to navigate nothing like the nightmare I had in my head, I found it really easy in reality and all the staff there are happy to guid you along. Snack were over priced but the over all hot food prices were not bad.

We didn't have a cabin booked but the lovely man on reception told me to come back & if noone had checked in he'd let us know, sure enough one was available yay!!! So many lovely staff. Even had the lady onboard open the shop up just for me xxx Couldn't be more happy with our experience! So thank you ☺

Very friendly staff and really quick loading and unloading at each end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple and easy to follow when in a car. Staff direct people to the car parking lane with efficiency. Plenty of space for the cars and other vehicles. No problems getting on board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all went well and staff very friendly. My only suggestion would be that the emails sent out after booking contain a bit more info on the location of the check-in. It takes a bit of work for the first timer to find it.
