★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convinient location, clean & tidy place. Not quite happy that they charged me processing fee to get my order because my doctor send them prescribtion directly. As far as I'm aware, all charges should be disclosed to the customer prior charging, it's not big amount, but feels fishy the way they are doing that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since coming to this pharmacy having required a bunch of meds for a a condition I didn't know I had, I have found every one there a pleasure to deal with. Not only are they extremely professional, if the aren't too busy I often find myself having a bit of a laugh with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific experience with this pharmacy today.
Witnessed the person behind the checkout making rude and obnoxious comments to almost every customer over the half hour I was there, it made for a very unpleasant environment for anyone walking in or waiting.
Two customers came in over that time and kindly asked for some assistance, and the checkout operator and pharmacist rudely turned them away stating they were too busy to deal with them and to go somewhere else. Politely telling customers you are busy is completely understandable, but the level of rudeness and arrogance was uncalled for.
Lastly a creepy old man in the waiting room spent about 20 minutes perving at a young girl, until she had the nerve to tell him to stop staring at her and that he was making her uncomfortable. The staff witnessed this whole interaction, did nothing to intervene, and continued to serve the man as if nothing had happened.
I will be calling to make a formal complaint, but for now I hope this will convince anyone to consider a new pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed the pharmacists being rude and treating younger staff members horribly. Felt bad for the young girl with the long curly hair who was looking after me and got told off when she had excellent customer service. To top it off, I felt judged by the pharmacists for my prescription- which should NEVER be the case in a professional environment dealing with healthcare. Won’t be back again.
