★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This large drug store is very similar to ones in Asia and the US. It has huge stock of most common medications and natural remedies. Some of the stock items priced as discounted are not. But many are discounted with good prices. Best to check online prior to visiting Chemist Warehouse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order click and collect, or go in person only. Don't use their postal delivery service. Took nearly 3 weeks for delivery of my order. And it was only delivered because I had to go into the shop to get answers. They don't answer emails

I can't even get in contact to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. Different rules around prescription charges between this and CW in Porirua. No such relationship exists with the pharmacist as it usually does when you're accessing them regularly.
The security woman on the door watching us at the counter while paying, yet insisting on looking at the receipt and through the bag when we leave. Can't stand the place!

He needs to learn manners when talking to others especially in front of customers. NO EXCUSE FOR RUDENESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go in here if you have accessibility/sensory processing needs. It’s far too bright, and the staff are always impolite when I try to leave. The fluorescent lights and fluro price tags have left stressed out there too many times. There is no way to easily leave without going through the checkouts (where there is barely enough space) and you get suspicious looks for wearing sunnies in there (too bright)
Like please, Im not going to steal but I AM going to have a panic attack ??
Save your mental well-being, and go to the place on manners street instead. Its much better, and staff and friendly there.

'the staff looked too busy' the girl on the till nodded so I took offence... I think these people need to get out more.
Good store, I approach staff who are filling shelves, who always stop what they are doing to show me where things are. Staff behind the tills are always polite... i guess you get what you give

Extremely cramped there they should move the makeup aisle elsewhere honestly …I only put 2 stars because I always find what I want and the girl that served me was nice
