★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werner was very involved and very helpful from the outset of the process of selling my property. He explained to me the procedure he was going to go through, and then did it with the minimum of fuss. Always easy to talk to , he had the patience to guide me through what the process of selling my house would be, and he managed to do just that in what seemed like a very short time. I always had the real impression that Werner was going the extra mile for me . On Open days he was always punctual, and directions and signs to the Open Home were planted in the ground in the mornings, even though the house wasn't 'Open' till the afternoon. He was in regular contact with me throughout the process to keep me updated when it was necessary to do so, and I would have no hesitation in engaging with Werner again, to sell or buy a property. In short, I am very happy with the service.

I have never experienced such a professional Real Estate Agent like Werner.
He has a very warm and approachable manner and nothing was too much trouble. He prepared and guided me through the whole process in a patient and thoughtful manner and his communication with me was excellent. I can highly recommend Werner to anyone who is looking for such an experienced agent with all these skills needed to achieve a good result and reduce the stress to a minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werner was wonderful and very easy to deal with right from day one. Werner is a good-natured and very diligent sales agent. He always kept me in the loop with what was going on behind the scenes which made me feel at ease during the whole process. Werner is also a handyman! He fixed my shower head and kitchen cabinet and I realise this might seem minor to some, but for me whose not skilled with the tools was such a big help. I would definitely recommend Werner to my family and friends as I honestly felt he went the extra mile for me and worked hard to achieve the result I was after, and for that I am truly grateful. So, if you’re looking for an honest, genuine agent who will work hard on your behalf then Werner is the agent you want to work with. Thanks again Werner.

We haven’t come across a real estate agent like Werner before, who combines exceptional professionalism with common sense and a true desire to present objects tailored to his clients’ needs. We can’t praise enough Werner’s thoughtful approach and his quick responses to any of our (many) requests. We felt very well looked after and have always been very well prepared at any stage of our house-hunting process. His experience in this field is excellent. We are very happy that we chose Werner as our agent because we have had a wonderful relationship with him and really appreciated his high standard of professionalism while marketing our home.
During the past few weeks of the pandemic/lockdown, there have been multiple conflicting forecasts of which direction house prices would turn. Werner has had a steady positive influence on our dealing with this uncertainty. He would provide us with visitor feedback, followups with the potential buyers, offer guidance on how our home would be more attractive to buyers and reassured us that we would receive an acceptable offer, which we received and accepted.
