★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many dogs at this time and a couple who were a bit boisterous. Large group having a picnic there not really in control of their dogs but it was still good. Just didn't let my dog off the lead. She normally loves it though. I'll go back later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent dog park! Fenced all through out with tons of poo bags, water station and even picnic tables. I also love that there’s shade around the park. Only issue is that when it rains it can be really muddy as haldf of the ground is not covered by grass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully fenced, free poop bags at entrance and bins for waste. Nice view of Kapiti Island at top rear seating. Water bowls and fresh water taps supplied there also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grounds are set amongst well established groves of trees with sections of rolling hills.
You can take your dog around the grounds for an adventure through the forresty-grassy bits and forget you're in actually in a fully fenced dog park. In the middle is a big sandy flat area, great for any dog, but also probably a bit easier on the joints for dogs who this a concern for. The sand is also a great spot for pups with an inclination to dig - save your lawn at home and get it out of their system here! You will also find a drinking fountain and picnic table, well shaded by big tall trees.
Multiple entrances - the main one being off Ocean Road (it's easy to miss if you're driving by).
