β β β β β In November 2019 I had a bulb in a head light go out while driving at night. The next morning I called in without an appointment to West Euro Auto and my car was seen to immediately while I waited. I was warned it might be a simple bulb or an expensive whole light fitting. Fortunately it was the easy one and was all done and dusted in minutes. I appreciate the prompt service, the warning of potential costs and the friendly service. A no frills waiting area but it's the car repair and customer service that counts. I'll be a regular now.

β β β β β Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not come here for your own good.
Spent $1765 at this mechanic and nothing was fixed, went three times and the same problem still exists. During the first two repairs he noted 'test drive okay', on the third repair two days after the second he noted 'car not safe to drive'. How can a car be unsafe to drive 2 days after he said it was ok?
Every time he said different parts were faulty, and the required parts to fix the problem became more and moer expensive.
I have been his loyal customer for 9+ years, doing all my servicing and tyre changes here. But now, I would never go back, he does not have any repairing skills and is simply scamming his customers.
*Update: I have sent my car to another mechanic, the parts west euro auto has claimed to replace which I have paid for turns out that it wasn't replaced. I have paid money for nothing, definetly dont come here for any major problems. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

quoted me and said he could fix my car and was clear that he could for $700+ then calls me and says the car is still broken and still tried to charge me $700. kept lying to me the whole time about cost and kept trying to increase the price. my car was drivable before the mechanic but after they were done. it was not usable. their English is poor and they are very confusing.

β β β β β Amazing service. I rushed in 10 min before closing time and they worked late to WoF my car. Great to deal with, the headlight needed to be fixed and they replaced it for me on the spot. Supper hassle free and really made it easy for me. Thanks team!

β β β β β Had my car booked in for service and a wof, i was nicely greated by their lovely secretary, they had me seated, their technitian Darko took the car in very carefully, it was all done within 25 min, i am very happy w the job, very proffesional from start to finish. I recomend.
