β β β β β A huge thank you to the team there. Our car keys stopped working, and in a panic I called up. The woman on the phone (sorry I didn't grab any names) was so calm and helpful - within 10 minutes we got there, and a bloke fixed it for us. He also gave us some amazing advice on the house. Just a big thank you - pleasantries go a long way. You're awesome!

- They replied to my email super quickly
- They got someone to our house with a solution for our safe issue that worked the first time and was fixed in under 30min
- They charged us the lowest end of their predicted service cost

β β β β β I needed a key cut for my VW Touareg...western lock spent almost an hour attempting to unlock it, I was told to come back in two days time. They tried again in the pouring rain for almost 2hrs...and gave up.....I give them 10 stars for effort and customer service....I was not even charged for the time they spent....great place....very happy with their service

β β β β β Brilliant experience from the initial inquiry and booking with Sarah at the office through to a masterful execution with Matt performing the work at my home. The team were able to adapt and re-book me when I changed the date on them on the morning of the work which I very much appreciate.
I had 5 security stays installed on all of the large windows in my house. Matt did a great job of getting all of the stays at a uniform height and he was able to accommodate my requirement for greater-than-standard window opening with the stays instead of telling me that it can't or shouldn't be done like I have had other providers claim.
I found the cost to be reasonable and fair - well worth the quality of workmanship and ease of dealing with the team.
I am most satisfied with my experience. Kapai team :)

We were having problems with our troublesome ranchsliders but Kylie, Matt and the team sorted us out with no issues.
Their communication was quick and clear, and problem sorted with little to no disruption for us.
Friendly, efficient and they really know their stuff will definitely use their services in the future

We got in touch to organize the change of locks for a new office premises. I spoke with Kylie on the phone, she had a lovely phone manner and was friendly. She was able to organize for one of her team to arrive within the hour. Bevan arrived on time and was great to deal with. The work was completed in half a day. Prompt, reliable and great customer service!
Would highly recommend to all.
