★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very near to Riccarton mall. Oh it wastes ur time a lot I find. Reasonably loo long waiting time u should expect. The boards displaying at the counters r confusing too. I went to convert my driver's license to the New Zealand licence. I filled the form and I stayed in the queue at the coujter which displays licence. But then I was said it is not the counter. I have to move to the counter for vehicle registration.. But today as I went early in the morning, there was not much waiting. Staff usually is friendly. To convert ur license if u have got a overseas licence, vehicle registration and all that, u can visit there. But u can not find parking as it is just the main road.
