โ โ โ โ โ Very pricey for 2 cappuccinos and 2 breakfasts, side of mushrooms should be a side of mushrooms not a few scattered on my benedict. Disappointing for over $60

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointing.. Was told there was a 10 min wait.. Waited nearly a hour for our meal.. Meal was disappointing and felt rushed.. The cafe wasnt busy and it wasn't even lunchtime, would hate to see how the long the wait be if it was busy.. Staff were polite but have been put off going again..

โ โ โ โ โ I used to love this particular Columbus store because of the friendly staff and good variety of cabinet food. But had a very bad experience with one of their staff today.
Ordered a $6.50 sausage roll and got the tiniest piece ever. I took it to the counter wondering if it had been cut half by accident, the staff said it was a normal size (which looked way smaller than those displayed in the cabinet). I said to her โthis is not something people would want to pay $6.50 forโ. She replied โwhat do you want me to do?โ in a very unfriendly way, then immediately turned to another staff complaining about what just happened, right in front of me!
Disappointing way of treating your customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Enjoyed the delicious food and coffee at Columbus Coffee Riccarton Mall. Place is very conveniently located. Friendly staff and excellent service. Looking forward to the next opportunity.

โ โ โ โ โ The beer batter fries are pretty tasty. Also had scramble eggs on toast and was not very nice. Tasteless and watery. Spoke to the boss who was lovely and re cooked eggs. 2nd time round had better flavor but still watery.
