★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always a wait, sometimes a long wait when they only have two tellers open and one is doing a business transaction. They need a separate teller for businesses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try never to go into the branch but when I do the service is great, once it gets to your turn. There is usually a wait in the queue as normally there is only 2 tellers on.
The tellers are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, slow, never opened, no air conditioning in summer and staff are rude and not helpful at all. Engaging in personal conversations while the line builds up. Will not engage customers, instead sending them to machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insufficient staff - they are entirely unable to keep up with demand. The queue was out the door, we gave up and came back later, to watch 3 staff disappear out the back instead of helping customers.
