Was good until they stopped having the big meat skewers to cut the lamb & chicken off. Now it tastes like they microwave the pre-cut meat and throw it in with a concrete truck load of sauce. All to hide what atrocities they've done to the meat. Hey cool staff though ??

Delicious restaurant with a nice decor and sitting area. The menu has a huge variety of meals. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. I choose the falafel wrap, came with a delicious beet dips and multiple choices of condiments. The staff members where quick to make the food, super nice and great with their recommandation. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered the meat and chips. Really tasty, but so is every other turkish restaurants that I’ve been, I think. There are lots of seats, and the toilets are wheelchair accessible & are really clean.

The manager at Napier cafe anatolia’s is very rude to customers and employees. Multiple times that I have been in I have seen him disrespecting a male and female worker there, also not showing any interest in wanting to engage with the customers. The employees looked over worked and are trying to juggle a thousand things at once especially during the busy times while he leaves them to do the majority of the work. absolute poor management.

Place was empty and asked if they had any rotisserie meat for their kebabs. Girl looked at me blankly so I tried to explain how kebab meat was cooked. No success. Thanked her politely and went to Turkuaz on Hastings street, where I had the most delicious doner in Napier. :) Pretty sad because cafe Anatolia used to be my go to and now it's an expensive chain that doesn't do authentic food

Standard kebabs - We had a regular lamb kebab and a gourmet meat battle kebab. Note, there are absolutely no vegetables in the meat battle kebab and it was smaller than the regular kebab. Although brighter, the dine in area of this new restaurant is not as cozy as the previous Anatolia restaurant.

The server was super kind and welcoming. My friend had just come from Australia and so it was great that we had a server who was so lovely. My friend and I loved the food and the portions were great. Thanks!
