★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking services i have ever had. Called to leave messages twice, never got a ring back. tryin to sort out the serive over the call centre, was told stuff i want to do need to be in the branch. Branch only opens on the date and time I cannot go at all. great service time that close at 2pm when every still working. Well done Westpac Wanaka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 Oct 2021. Was 1 star. Upgraded to 3 stars because of the professional patient and friendly staff once we visited the branch. Would be 5 expect for reasons below:
My old mum got locked out of her ac as she forgot her password. When rang the 0800 number waited on hold for 25 minutes listening to irritating condescending hold information. When answered she gave her identifying info. They said they couldnt ID her so she would have to go to a branch. Went to Westpac Wanaka... and they were closed on a Tuesday. They only open 3 days until 2pm. What kind of hick bank only opens 3 part days per week!?
