★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "commenting for a friend" required urgent transfer from hospital to the airport, tried to call like 73 times ... no answer... no message service... how the hell do they even come up on google?... ended up using whakatane uber services; which was random hospital staff and amazing locals... if there was a negative star I would use it... Hard to even even call it a taxi service, more like a random phone number to make you feel like you are calling a taxi service... HAHA... I suggest hitch hiking in Whakatane, faster safer and more reliable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 1 occasion rang the taxi & he said he was not able to pick me up as he was on his way to Tauranga , he didn't give an alternate cab driver , also it is the same guy pretty much every time i call a cab, like is there no other cab drivers on call? because this same old guy is the most expensive than any other cab driver I have seen here , he likes to rip off & charged me $17.00 to go 1.4 kms after this I won't be using their service any longer & if I could give zero stars I would but that wasn't an option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted $45 for a 7km journey. We ended up paying $40. Granted there was a $15 surcharge for coming to Ohope, but $30 for 7km journey at a normal hour is hilarious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was friendly enough but the cost is extortionate. $34 for barely a 5 minute drive and then a $6 fee to use eftpos. Never heard of such a high eftpos fee before, took the total to over $40 for a 5 minute trip. Pretty disappointed.
