Don't get passport photos taken there as the lighting is bad and doesn't meet the passport requirements and further more the post office will refuse to refund it unless you have your receipt and a copy of the photos even if you took the photo yesterday and they didn't give you a receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I go here for Western Union the first experience was stressful explains different rules for each teller. Even more professional was the teller as I walked away raised her voice in front of other customers. Adding to the stereotype that Whanganui is an inbred, societal failure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to drive to wanganui kiwibank to do a simple banking task that our one and only local branch was incapable of doing. After finally locating the branch frid afternoon it was closed due to some computer hitch..... really kiwibank! Get your act together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiwi bank is pathetic, call times are inaccurate,, automated call answering is a joke, certainly doing there best to drive customers away. Reduced banking hours 10am to 2 pm, doesn't serve the needs of the customer. For a New Zealand owned bank, doing its pathetic best to be like the overseas banks where the customers dont matter. Westpac is a great example.
