β β β β β Very disappointed on my first visit. Tried to enroll my entire family as we have just moved to the area and am looking for a GP. When I tried to see a doctor I was told I could only see a nurse who could not prescribe medication (when that was the reason for my visit). I was not even told a wait time, purely that I couldn't see one because they were too busy when there was only 4-5 people in the waiting room. Doris in reception was very rude through the entire process, that I have decided to drive 25 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else so I don't have to see them. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I RECOMMEND KERIKERI MED. THEY WERE DELIGHTFUL EVEN WHEN I CAME IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
