We actually used him twice, the first time he stopped us from buying a leaky damp home, saving us a lot of hard work and possibly hundreds of thousands of $$$. We would wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home. He definitely put our minds at ease as first home buyers, a little green as to what we should be looking out for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing to recommend Bobby's services. Bobby checked a few of places for my parent before they bought their home. My parents were keen on a house with a nice deck. Bobby checked the house and told them that the floor was not leveling indicating potential issues with foundation. It is very expensive to repair a house with foundation issues. My parents avoided that risk only because of Bobby's advice. We really appreciate it.

Bobby was able to do it on the same day that I requested it, and sent me a detailed report that evening. His timeliness was fantastic and appreciated.
