β β β β β A simple lookout area which also serves as a slow vehicle bay at a turning corner of the winding state highway 25. The actual lookout point is 1 min short walk thru the bushes from the parking. Nothing much other than a bench and few information boards. Many cars stopping here, do be mindful, do not block the way.

β β β β β Did not realise this is a Kiwi Sanctuary as well!Great lookout. You go thru bushes about 20 metres emerge with an awesome view of the sea and the forest. You can also drop your donation to support the sanctuary in a dropbox before leaving.
