★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go with this company. App didn’t work and had problems the entire time. Kept billing us when they said they would stop as we were still having problems and just blatantly tell you what they want to do not what you need as a customer. Even after going to the disputes tribunal and being awarded refunds.... they still won’t pay or even reply to emails. Massive waste of money and time! Don’t waste yours on this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Operations Manager to a so called small business, I wear many hats and one of the largest responsibilites is customer service. We switched over to Wherewolf back in November of 2021. Ive been pulling my hair out with them since. You can not call them with any support issues and can only contact them my email and can take several days to get back to you. Their app build is far from perfect and it seems like staff has barely the minimum training. Any issues that seems important to me and the company i manage is not important to them. I emailed them about an important issue on 4/5/22 and today is 4/10/22 and havent heard a word. I also called my sales rep and left an urgent message and no call back. I really wish they can get it together and help me. But writing here seems like to best way to get their attention.
