โ โ โ โ โ We stopped into Discover Queenstown to grab some pamphlets as we were trying to figure out what to do after a lot of googling. The staff member there Sunny was incredibly knowledgeable on everything we were interested in, and helped us choose which tours to go on. He was able to call each company to find out availability, times and best prices, and book it for us then and there. We got print outs with our booking confirmations and invoices all highlighted with times, and now we donโt have to worry about anything as itโs all done and booked in perfectly. Sooo incredibly helpful and Iโm so glad we stopped in there!!

โ โ โ โ โ My friend and I went in two days in a row with about 20,000 questions. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Sunny, and he was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We went in with a pretty tricky request to find transport to Glenorchy and Sunny went well above and beyond to look into every possibility and call everyone he could think of that could help us out. He also gave us heaps of helpful advice about other activities in Queenstown using his extensive knowledge of the area. If itโs your first time in Queenstown I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Thank you so much Sunny, this interaction has definitely been one of the unexpected highlights of our trip!

โ โ โ โ โ OMG had the best time in Queenstown thanks to all the help I had from these girls at Discover Queenstown, helping me choose great destinations to see in my 6 days here. I went to the amazing Milford Sound with Southern Discoveries, by bus coach and a big cat. It was such a big 14 hr day but so worth it. Then I did a cruise of the lake with Southern discoveries, it was fantastic, then did TSS Earnshaw steam boat to Walter Peak. Had the best meal of my life in an amazing old restaurant homestead with 1200 rose bushes in bloom, amazing, the view reminded me of a place in Greece Iโd been to. The cable car to the top mountain was great too and another great restaurant to eat at with amazing views, and followed up by luge rides. Bungy jump and other options were not for an old girl like me in my fifties. But so much fun to be had in Queenstown and the girls here in Discover Queenstown were so great at helping me, I even bought them chocolates!

โ โ โ โ โ Had absolute outstanding service from Eric. Had a lot we wanted to do and really needed help to organise things. Eric really helped us out and gave us heaps of time to organise all our activities with a smile. If anyone wants to organise something in Queenstown hit this place up. The store also gave us a voucher for 10 percent of snow gear hire. Will be back for sure if we need to organise more things.

โ โ โ โ โ Did the trip to Milford Sound two days ago with the bus-cruise-bus option that we got offered at this amazing place. The customer service experience you get is really good. Sunny and Eric were the ones that took care of us and were super helpful and patient with all our questions and doubts. Iku was also there the first time we stopped by and she was lovely as well! Our trip was amazing. The driver was superb and all the information you get during the drive there is a great plus. The bus has a glass roof that came very handy when a Kea bird decided to walk on top of it! The cruise itself was beautiful, we got a pretty clear day so we felt blessed. The ship gets so close to the waterfall that it makes it hard to believe it's not touching the rocks on the shore. Overall the experience was great and I do really recommend this guys for anything you want to do while exploring Queenstown!
