β β β β β I had the most amazing first time tattoo experience at White Rabbit. Ace is an absolute gem of a human- he was patient, kind and understanding. He genuinely wanted to make sure that I was completely happy with every aspect of the tattoo. He is an amazing artist and I cannot rate him and his studio highly enough.

β β β β β I have previously had work done with this studio when they were located on the North Shore and the experience was good and the work was excellent. I was keen to introduce my partner to the studio as she was looking to add more ink, so I messaged to confirm whether appointments were needed. I got a reply that walk in consults were ok on certain days and times so we turned up then. Unfortunately, we were met with an unfriendly and unhelpful attitude, and got better info and engagement from a customer on the chair rather than the one owner present at the time. We were left feeling unwelcome, and will not be returning.

β β β β β Very very disappointed in my experience with Valerie at this studio. Had been booked In for three weeks and today was supposed to be tattoo day. I was driving from over an hour away and was texted by Val at 10:46 that she had to cancel because she wasnβt feeling well, my appointment was at 12. The fact that she didnβt even call me to explain the situation, she brushed me off and then didnβt respond and I had to chase her up about dealing it. I was over half way there, had taken the day off work and so had my mum and we had to sit and wait for half an hour on the side of the road until she contacted me back. Very unprofessional and an absolute waste of time and money for me. Would not recommend this artist Valerie in particular, sadly I have nothing to say for the studio itself as I never made it in. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

She was prompt to reply to my initial enquiry, friendly and welcoming, and explained the process to me so I knew what to expect. Val respected the concept for the design I wanted and created a really awesome piece, which I'm so happy with. The quality of the tattoo is outstanding. Thank you Val ?
