★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an excellent studio for a couple! It has a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, table and chairs. The size is big, but the shower is a little small.
The owner is very kind!
There are beaches and lakes nearby for swimming. Our favorite beach was Puheke.
My suggestion is to bring food, as the restaurants are far away and few do not open on the weekend or close earlier.

We booked one of the two story apartments for our ''Eat and Sleep'' base. The apartment was comfortable and tidy and had adequate facilities for what we wanted... Not as flash as some of the houses down the street but if you come up North to stay in your apartment here all day you are there for the wrong reason! The beach is but a stones throw away, water very flat and easy for swimming. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again for our next adventure up the far north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4 on a weekend getaway with our small dog. The place is pet friendly which is a bonus.
Tidy, roomy, had all the kitchen basics (tea, coffee etc) and comfy beds.
It's not super flash but it's clean, comfortable and quiet, within metres of the water.
The hostess Deb was very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our break away
Would advise you to bring your food etc as there is limited shopping nearby, but it is a beautiful place and well with visiting when you are in Northlsnd.
