★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to play archery. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to play a game of 20mins without booking when we arrived. The instructor was great. Overall, a fun experience. I cannot comment on the food as we did not have lunch here. I would recommend getting your group to work quickly through each round so you make the most of shooting and avoid taking too many photos ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice space, but sadly the staff seem very frazzled and untrained on customer service. I would give one star, but gave two as I realise in these times it’s much harder to find staff.
I asked for a side of citrus and some mint for my sparkling mineral water, as I don’t drink alcohol and don’t like sugary drinks. The young lady serving seemed totally confused and said that can’t be done. I even offered to pay for it and she still refused. That has never happened to me before and it’s my go to order - every other restaurant has always been more than happy to do it for free (and I’d be happy to pay too).
The food was fine, and the vibe in the building was nice. But a little staff training and flexibility would go along way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Guns n Arrows combo followed by lunch and cocktails. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and we thougroughly enjoyed the activities! Lunch was ready for us as soon as we finished shooting and the food was excellent. Highly recommend for a hens/stag do or a first date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best night at Wild Estate on Feb 25 which was my birthday. Live music with Gabriel. Josh our waiter made experience awesome. Food and drinks were on point. Went back the next day for more. Just as great second time round. Would definitely recommend stopping in ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we received here really went above and beyond. The staff were so personable and accommodating. You could tell they really cared about you enjoying your time with them. I have a 4 month old baby and have found some wineries/ restaurants can be a little difficult to relax in. The staff at Wild on Waiheke took the time to think about our comfort, moving us to a more comfortable inside table when the weather started to turn bad, one staff member saying “to make sure the little one is more comfortable”. There was only 3 of us (+ baby and push chair) but they gave us a bigger table so we could easily get up and down, they gave our dogs water without being asked, checking on us throughout our time there. Our food was fantastic and came out quickly. Any new parents know how difficult it can be leaving the house and when you get to a restaurant, you want to relax and be looked after - this is exactly what we got here. We were able to enjoy our lunch and made some great memories with the grandparents. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, it was perfect! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome time at the wild estate. Can’t wait to visit once the restrictions are lifted to have more of the wine tasting experience. The archery and laser shooting were a great group activity with work colleagues. The food was also delicious!
