All appointments must be paid in advance.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged. Prior to 24 hours your session can be rescheduled or cancelled. No refunds are given, however credit can be held on your account.
Packages & concessions are non refundable, non transferrable & are valid for 3 months. This will be extended if we are unable to open because of Covid restrictions.
Bring your full water bottle to sessions.
Socks must be worn in the studio when using the equipment - Pilates socks are available to purchase for $15.
Wear a mask when arriving & leaving - your mask is optional when exercising.
Stay away if you are unwell - we have the right to refuse entry if you are sick.
Use the hand sanitiser provided before & after your session.
Please be respectful of others in group sessions & put your phone on silent.
Exercising in our studio is at your own risk.
