★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve known Will for some time now, in all our real estate dealings with him he has exceeded our expectations every time. Will has sold both personal homes for us and also rental properties for our business.
In both the boom and down times in the Wellington market he has achieved great price results in amazing time frames (6 days for one sale). His friendly but professional approach we find really easy to deal with and he has gone the extra distance (late after-hours visits) on many occasions to close sales for us.
Will also listened to our requirements, searched, found and sold us our current house that we live in and enjoy with our family. We’d certainly recommend him for both buying and selling or any of your other property needs.

He helped us immensely with the purchase of our new home - he gave us several extremely helpful pieces of advice, without which we would definitely not have won what was a competitive tender.
When selling our home we found him fantastic to deal with. He was utterly professional and very efficient. He kept us constantly informed and was very responsive to any messages. Will was also extremely accommodating, which was important to us with two young children. We followed Will's advice with regards to the marketing and presentation of our home - as a result we had a large number of offers and secured a price we were very happy with. We definitely felt the benefit of his many years of experience selling homes in Karori.
We are so happy in our new home that we are not planning on selling anytime soon. But when we do, we will not hesitate to engage Will as our agent again.
