Throughout the home selling process Andrea was very professional and personable from appraisal, to marketing material to open-home prep and attendance to responding questions and the final documentation sign-off. Andrea made what seemed a daunting process more manageable and less stressful. Andrea's response time to my phone/email queries was very prompt and professional. What I also liked about Andrea's work style was she used language I understood and she got clarification when needed. When something did not go quite to plan the suggestions Andrea made were sound and made professional sense. Thanks for making this process a pleasant experience!

Venus Lee was a true professional who assisted and explained to me in the entire sales procedure. She is willing to offer me competitive rates. She is willing to discuss matters beyond her work hours, knowing that there is a time lapse between Singapore and New Zealand time. She also helped me to negotiate the rates with the original buyer. Later on, I am very heartened to know that she found another buyer who can offer even better rates than the first one. Overall, a very good property agent to work with.
