★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had nothing to do with organising the funeral just the accounts process afterwards as estate management. Had accounts changed into my personal name without prior discussion, all contact with this business was not pleasent. The final straw was when other customers details were emailed too me. Definitely won't recommend this business. It took a year to settle the estate and they charged interest according, won't be using them again by choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a presentation by Kyle Mercer of Willetts Funeral Services today. The hosts were from KADAP Kawerau (Aged Persons). We feel this was the best presentation we have attended during the past 2 - 3 years that KADAP has held on a monthly basis. Kyle was in every way professional and compassionate. He answered every question put to him and we are sure that many people went home feeling informed and at ease in a subject that we all have to face. Well done Kyle
