★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first experience dealing with Mountain View Funeral Services and despite the circumstances, we couldn't have asked for a more professional, considerate and culturally respectful and engaging team to work with.
From the first phone call, right through to the receiving of the payment receipt, the process of planning and carrying out the funeral service and cremation of our Uncle was made all the more easier to navigate through by our engagement with Erin, Jonno and Parris.
While death is inevitable, having great guidance, professional support and knowledge to help you navigate through tough times can be made easier by the choices we make and we are glad we made the choice to use Mountain View Funeral Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used mountain view just under a month ago with my husband Karl passing away suddenly.
They were great, nothing was a problem and it was nice to have a laugh even though it was such a sad occasion.
I'm sure Johno thinks we are all a little bit crazy, asking all sorts of random questions, it's not every day you deliver your loved one by boat to the funeral! They are awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At such a life-changing moment, Mountain View Funeral Services took us by the hand and guided us through the process so appropriately/beautifully.
Erin and Jono were everything we could have wished for. They were tender, empathetic, warm, cooperative and punctual. They navigated us through our challenging time with dignity and respect and importantly kept things real, with a sense of light-heartedness.
We were so appreciative of their understanding and subsequent suggestion to conduct Dad’s ‘meaningful’ send-off at his property, the home he loved so much.
All procedures were handled with professionalism, efficiency and competency and to conclude Dad’s ashes were presented so tastefully.
Inevitably, the end-of-life comes to us all, however Mountain View Funeral Services have the understanding and capabilities of softening the blow.
Our grateful thanks to Erin & Jono. We were so pleased we chose Mountain View Funeral Services to farewell our much loved and adored family member.

I can't thank Erin & Jonathan enough for their warmth, compassion and support. They made a difficult time much less stressful. I collected my father's ashes today and know he would have loved the tranquil setting & appreciated the special care he received from these special people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first used Mountain View Funeral's service when my mum passed away , back in 2009. Erin was so compassionate, and used her initiative perfectly with things we had forgotten or not thought of.When mums ashes were returned, they were presented to us wrapped in dusky pink silk with a beautiful pink hyacinth tucked in on the top. Recently my gorgeous daughter died suddenly. I had the same excellent support and help from Erin and Jono. They again used their initiative with suggestions and by doing very special things for my daughter. The post funeral support has been outstanding.
