★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a second gen Williams corp, I bought after someone sold. What has been amazing is, that for a couple minor issues (a light, slight gap on the exterior), WC has resolved them, instantly and at no cost. I could not be more satisfied, and comfortable in pre owned unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good things to say about these guys, there's no better compliment probably than to say as a customer even after my first property with them that you feel like you're part of the business. The rapport built with the team that have helped me acquire 2 investment properties from my consultant James O'Caiside to conversations with Matthew and Blair make you feel like you'll always be part of the furniture. Here's to maybe a couple more in a few years time ?

Constance had been very attentive from the first day taking us to sites till now that we’re waiting for our first home being built still in touch every now and then updating with the latest status of the project. Knows her stuff and I’ve learnt heaps from them.
