★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. First meeting was set up by zoom and I waited but consultant did not turn up. Tried phoning and emailing but no response until 30 minutes later. Would be good to appreciate the value of customers time and if you are running late message them and let them know.
Update few days later- did have an apology from someone in management the next day which was appreciated and appeared genuine.But then was again disappointed in this company the following day when another manager called and asked me if I would change my review!!!

If we were going to buy again, we would definitely use this as our first port of call. I love Andrew and Ed's podcasts too - enlightening, informative and humorous! They have daily discussions about relevant property investment issues/topics & government policies-- plus Mailbox sessions with lots of detailed answers & examples. There are over 600 episodes available, and they cover a lot! Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn more about property investment in NZ.
