★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have the best quality meat and they have a staff shop which the public can access and pay EFTPOS only (no credit cards) for premium cuts of meat e.g. eye fillet, scotch fillet, butterfly lamb, sausages, premium mince meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for buying bulk meat although is more expensive than Moore Wilson. Surprising that a wholesaler (MW) is cheaper than the "factory" (WH).
Not sure what the staff think of the name "Staff Cuts" with impending automation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Teriyaki flavoured marinated steak at Pak n Save. This has got to be the absolutely worst steak I have ever had. It was so sinewy it was practically impossible to eat. There were 4 steaks in the packet. The 2nd night I cut it up into tiny pieces and stir fried it. At least it was almost edible. I will avoid buying Hellaby products in the future.
