Our Company
Wilson Parking started off as a family business with one carpark across the ditch in Perth, Australia in 1962. The subsequent years saw rapid growth and we opened our first carpark in New Zealand in 1985. Fast forward a few years to today and we have become a household name and are the largest parking provider in New Zealand and best of all we continue as a family-owned business.
Our aim is to give busy people more time in their day by providing premium parking locations that are close to where you need to be, whether that’s for work, a weekends sports stadium event, late night shopping with friends, visiting your favourite restaurants before catching a show at the theatre for date night and weekend brunch catch ups at cafés! That means you have that little extra ‘me time’ in your day to do whatever you want, belt out your favourite tunes to set you up for the day, practice that work presentation one more time for good luck, touch up your makeup, phone Mum back or simply scroll that menu to decide what to eat for dinner - all of course after you've parked and the car is turned off!
Our focus and goals are always to develop long-term relationships with our customers and offer outstanding service to our clients and landlords. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The elevators don’t work (Wilson don’t have permission to use them) and the stairs will lock you in with the exception of the emergency exit at the top. You otherwise have to walk down the ramps with the cars. Do not park here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only parked our car for 3 and half hours. And it said it said 10 dollars per hour but when we got back it charged us $50. Even though we came half an hour early. Will give it one star because they charged us more then they advertised.

After making 2 calls to their incompetent staff for instruction they then billed me $65. I have complained however they will not consider the fact that i tried by calling them twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know they can come across as some “evil empire”. However I’ve used services with them for over 20 years - simple - pay your ticket or you get a ticket. Even had a car park in Newmarket for a year and no issues. Reason for this review is that recently put in wrong plate (had photo of in-laws car on my phone), got fined. I wrote them back and they said that the ticket was within there policy but given the circumstances they canceled the $65 fine. Thanks Wilson! Karma

On the pay machine it says free after hours release, but charged $50 actually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap parking. Paid $5.00 around 4pm. Ticket said until midnight came back by 6.30pm and gates were locked. Luckily after call someone came to let us out. Fine can be $50.00 to release your vehicle. Check closing time before you park. We were lucky
