★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here to play Frisbee with kids. Busy road right next to it, frisby lasted 5mins before we nearly ended up with it on the highway.
Overall, didn't really get the point of the sculpture.
Overall, seems like a waste of public funds, but kids enjoyed poking fun at it, so extra star for that.
