★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, won't be back $39 for a pedicure which was super rushed, hardly paid any attention to cuticles, didn't ask what shape or even if I wanted them cut. Hardly spoke more interested in turning her head to watch the TV or look around. Highly disappointed came to have a bit of relaxation but 13min doesn't cut it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a pedicure. The girl rushed the entire process. Did not leave me relax. Did not massage my feet either. Besides thsi, my nails look horrible. It's not cleaned properly and she didn't even bother to buff my heels properly either. I feel like my feet left in the same condition it came. Very unhappy. Will never visit this place again. I wanted it prepped for an occasion. Wasted my time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing deluxe about this Nail salon is the name & the decor. The Customer service was appalling! Not only did the staff spend tthe whole time talking to each other, I didn't even get a hello!? One who was doing the lady's nails next to me even took a call on her mobile!! ???
And I am not sure which massage was worse, the chair which squeaked the whole time I was getting a pedicure or the staff member who was supposedly giving a foot one but spent more time looking around the room so may as well have just been applying lotion! I can see now why it was so empty... and don't even get me started on the prices!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is super lovely and doesn’t have the typical nail salon smell. The gel pedi isn’t the best I’ve had but nothing much to complain about :) Some customer service would go a really long way! The lady at the front counter was very rude and then neither of the ladies said anything to us the rest of the time - they just chatted to each other. Massage chairs were awesome, pedi foot massage was decent, but friendliness definitely lacking!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I done acrylic nails over here , the lady done a good job but at last I feel that length of the nails r both the hands r different, right hand nails r little bit small then left .
I told that lady that these looks like different & she agree that yes its looks different , saying to me that I m agree with this length.
I am agree for length but the same length for all nails not the different...
Not a good experience. ?
Don't like it.
