★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the U.K and wanted to send my Mum flowers for her birthday - the 12 hour time difference usually makes contacting NZ quite difficult but this transaction was effortless as I was able to use Facebook Messenger. I received a prompt response, the flowers were a stunning arrangement - such a lovely touch to be sent a photo of the finished bouquet before it is delivered. Very professional and I will certainly be a repeat customer ?

She even printed a poem for me that I emailed through to her, to be gifted along with the flowers. Very helpful overall.

Calling her from the states, and messaging through facebook, we knew we were in good hands with her professional recommendations and personalized service. I live in Wellington and ordered by phone for flowers for my mother’s grave in Winton cemetery - explained what I wanted - flowers were exactly what I had wished for to celebrate loving memory.
Gillian is friendly, passionate and I received great customer service. Her flower creation is spectacular, inspirational and beautiful. She went above and beyond in her service, including personal free delivery.
