โ โ โ โ โ These guys are doing amazing work. They made my first flatting experience in Christchurch . And it was just what I needed. Simple clean,warm and cozy house with the good size room and friendly, easy going flatmates! Also the price of the room made me feel happy. Thanks to you Eddie and to your team for the most positive experience ;)

โ โ โ โ โ Very dissapointed with Wongeoon vast services. Alot of communication breakdowns. Dont waste your time. Eddy is unprofessional. I was hesitant to bring my husband in for the appointment as he was feeling sick so i asked him what we should do about a minute later he texts back giving up on helping us. I made a mistake and i owned up to that but the fact that we jumped through hoops to get some help from you and werent even sincere about it? Even reading your responses to other unhappy people is absolutely unprofessional. Would never reccomend to anyone!

โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional people. One of the property manager (Eddie) kept on saying to me that his colleague (Kevin) will contact me regarding viewing times as the property is still occupied and not available for viewing. The next day I get a message from Kevin that Eddie has signed up a new lease with someone. If they never had intentions to get a viewing done and just sign up some other people on the lease, why did they waste my time for 2 weeks. Never ever going to deal with this company again. Please don't waste your time trying to view one of their property. They have no internal communication and don't have right ethics to deal with customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent Customer service, Very reasonable charges to manage the property. Responses quickly to any query or information. Has good connections with services providers, if property needs any maintenance.
It has been around 6 years with them.
Eddie is a very Humble person.

โ โ โ โ โ With the passing of our previous landlord this year my family were pressured to find new premises as soon as possible. Luckily and thankfully the property manager Eddie approved our application. Eddie and David kept communications transparent and prompt. Thank you Eddie and your team for giving us this beautiful home. For those reading this review, I don't recommend working from home and moving house at the same time when in Alert Level 3. It's exhausting! :)
