★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible agents, stay well clear. Daniel is a compulsive liar. Assured us we could finish moving after lockdown then threatened us with trespass when we came back to clean. I finished emptying house at 11.45 night of lockdown. Wanted us to move during lockdown which was against the law. Had to take him to court to get our bond back and a second time as they still refused to pay when a court judge ordered them to. So many problems with property and owner making multiple weekly visits. Nothing was ever remedied. Just a terrible renting experience. Go to Harcourts.
RE Response - Funny how every bad feedback you receive, you conveniently haven't heard of your tenants. Makes me wonder how many other times you insisted on tenants moving during a government lockdown and how many others have had to take you to court. 84 Kaianga Rd FYI

In that time we have had two great tenants.
The house was an ex Show Home and it is still in top condition due to their selection of tenants and thorough inspection procedures that included photos of all the rooms and grounds.
This was especially useful to us as we have spent a lot of time overseas since we have had the property .
Communication was always of the highest standard and any issues were resolved in a professional and efficient manner.
If any maintenance was required they dealt with it promptly.
We can't speak highly enough about the Rent Right team and would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

Very happy with tenancy turnaround when a lease period ends. They have found me some great tenants. Reporting, inspections etc. always handed well and in the required timeframes. Honestly they make the process for me as a landlord residing in Australia extremely easy. Very happy client.

In all that time I have never come across such a caring, pro-active and understanding company that truly believes in delivering on its basic premise, that of delivering outstanding service.
